Refund Policy

Rentdocs.co.uk offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to manage your order.
• Or contact us through the in-app Help form and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current paid period remains active until it expires.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds for suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law, are handled at our and Paddle's discretion. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
